Description: On behalf of General Director Plácido Domingo, President Kenneth Feinberg and the Board of Trustees of Washington National Opera, I would like to invite you to a special concert in honor of National Opera Week this Friday, November 20, at 12:15 PM in the Russell Senate Office Building Rotunda. National Opera Week has been dedicated by the National Endowment for the arts to a celebration of the vitality of opera in America as contemporary cultural expression.
