Please join us for the release of a new groundbreaking report, Unrepresented: A Blueprint for Solving the Capitol Hill Diversity Crisis at the first State of Diversity on the Hill Address. We will hear from a distinguished lineup of Congressional leaders, advocate groups and others. Presentations will include:

? A comprehensive analysis of the latest statistical data on staff diversity
? A review of Congressional action undertaken to increase diversity
? A look at successful efforts outside of the hill, such as those by the NFL, to increase diversity
? Discussions on what additional steps can be taken to solve the Capitol Hill diversity crisis once and for all
