The Coordinated Campaign Director will:
1) Develop and execute a field plan in conjunction with the existing campaign teams
2) Manage multiple field organizers and their activities
3) Activate and grow the existing volunteer base
4) Oversee volunteer phone-banking and canvassing activity
5) Compile and report metrics on field activities to the campaign managers in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
1) Previous experience as a field director, RFD, RFO or FO with multiple organizers, team leaders and/or volunteers reporting to them
2) Experience in at least two elections (2008 general election preferred)
3) Ability to motivate field staff and produce excellent numbers
4) Well-versed and marginally proficient in VAN’s capabilities
5) Ability to work standard field hours
6) Valid driver’s license and car
7) Work well with others and have a desire to win

Pay: Compensation is commensurate with experience, supporter housing provided
Reports to: Campaign Managers and Candidates
