A Presidential home is the official residence of the president in some countries. However, some countries do not call the official residence of a head of state a presidential palace or the president lives elsewhere and has only his office in the palace.

What you are showing as the President’s Home in Iraq is actually a”second home” that was still under construction by Saddam Hussein when the U.S. invaded in 2003. It was mostly unfinished inside, and was intended as a summer retreat with a number of other, smaller residences around the perimeter of the man-made lake. The building and lake were inside of the fence surrounding the Baghdad International Airport (known as BIAP), about five miles outside of Baghdad, along with several U.S bases, such as Camp Liberty, Camp Slayer, Camp Striker, etc.
I was there in 2006 and 2007, when the the lake was being used for recreation by U.S. troops.
It was a spectacular palace, but it was never used as the Presidential home.
