Field Engineer/Technical Project Manager

Modeling and Simulation Analyst

Representative duties: USMC/USN/USAF/USA medical capability & allowance standard development based on clinical and operational requirement; using locally developed software tools model military expeditionary medical facilities; write and prepare reports and documents concerning analysis findings; review patient streams, utilize modeling programs to verify supplies; manage and maintain data warehouse; research additional (products) as assigned; present results and findings of studies to appropriate audiences; review reports, manuscripts, and other documents for accuracy in content, statistics and interpretation of data. Special Assistant/GAO Auditing Experience

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional with GAO auditing experience to prepare, facilitate, and oversee audits within the Interagency Program Office (IPO) to ensure that the agency is meeting its constitutional responsibilities. The role of the Special Assistant will be to: Assist agency in determining the appropriate scope, timing and logistics of the audits and assist the agency in the preparation of audit information as needed; plan and conduct oral briefings to the agency that are logically organized and effectively delivered that summarize policy and audit related activity; perform internal policy analysis and provide subject matter expertise on matters that require congressional consideration and agency rules; prepare workpapers and deliverables such as summary memos, metrics reporting, and other statements of facts noted during the audit and assist the agency in monitoring the corrective actions. Candidate will also perform regular monitoring internal reviews to obtain assurance on compliance as necessary. As a result of these internal reviews, candidate will provide guidance on implementation of management improvements/corrective actions, and programs that will improve agency objectives. 5+ years of relevant experience necessary.

Data Analyst / Jr. Developer 

Data analyst sought to be part of a small development team working on highly visible projects that contribute to the overall quality of business systems data accuracy and integrity. Must be passionate about digging into data and understanding the stories the data are telling, as well as helping others solve problems, gain insights, and make decisions using data. 

 The analyst will be responsible for standardizing data collection and report generation, working closely with client to assist in managing data needs, and supporting collection of data needed for web-based reporting applications. An applications developer is needed to play a key role in a small development team.  The individual will work closely with client to develop web applications and scripted processes to meet business requirements.  The role demands someone who can excel in all aspects of web development – database design, application coding, and UI development.
