Union pub is definitely one of the top bars. Great managers, awesome service, and unbeatable drink specials. All of which is the formula for what a top bar is supposed to be like! Hands down the best two bars in DC are the Passenger and the Gibson - just based on skilled, delicious, and creative drinks.
